Also, QB Desktop has a billing and shipping address feature.  In fact - older versions of QB Desktop had multiple shipping addresses that could be used.  They have reduced it to just the 1 in QB Desktop and completely removed it when QBO came around.

Don't you just love them charging more and more and more and instead of adding features - the remove USEFUL and NEEDED features.   (not with this thread, but regular Desktop has a fixed asset list feature that you can record all the info when you add a fixed asset. QBO doesn't - but apparently if you upgrade to a premium, then you can unlock this previously free/included feature)
