I'm here to discuss details about entering a Single time activity and how it reflects on your invoices. I'll also share some troubleshooting procedures to resolve the incorrect time in the printed invoice.

Please know that you can only enter time activity in hh:mm format. When generating the time in tenths, the platform automatically converts the entered value in hh:mm even before saving the time entry. For example, if you've input 0.3 in the Time field, it's altered to 0:18.

Meanwhile, if you've added the billable time to your invoice, QuickBooks automatically modifies the format to decimal hours (from 0.18 to 0.3). Since the printed invoice displayed the hh:mm format instead of decimal in the QTY section, I recommend accessing your account in a private browser to narrow down the result.

Refer to these keyboard shortcut keys to proceed:

• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once the time shows the accurate figure (0.3) while using the incognito mode, revert to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. Doing so removes excessive data build-up that affects the platform's performance. If the issue persists, consider using another supported browser.
