I agree. Why isn't this addressing incorporated contractors who do not get a 1099? We need to be able to see all of our contractors (and not vendors) in one spot.  For instance, when I am undergoing a worker's compensation audit, I have to pull a list of all of our subcontractors (incorporated or unincorporated) to make sure we have the necessary documentation for the audit.  There is nothing in Quickbooks that allows me to do this.  So, I am forced to pull a vendor expense summary for the year and weed out all of the contractors.  We should be able to check a button if they are a contractor or not, not if they are receiving a 1099.
