Currently, exporting a specific estimate directly to Excel is unavailable, @happyelectricllc.

I recognize the importance of managing your estimates in Excel. As a workaround, you can manually copy the details of the specific estimate and input them into an Excel spreadsheet. Alternatively, you can also look for third-party applications that integrate with QBO, providing more flexible export options for estimates.

In the meantime, we encourage you to submit your request to our product engineers through the feedback system. Your input is invaluable in shaping our product's future features. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then select Next to submit feedback.

For your reference in submitting feedback: How do I submit feedback?

You can monitor the status of your request by visiting our  Feedback forum page. This platform allows you to stay updated on your submission's progress and engage with other users who might have similar interests or concerns.

I've included an article that explains how to personalize and add specific information to your sales forms. This resource will help you tailor your forms to meet your business needs and ensure that your documentation accurately reflects the details necessary for effective management and communication: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO.

If you have more questions about exporting estimates to Excel in QuickBooks, feel free to reply below, and I'll gladly assist further.
