I understand the challenges you’ve faced while importing your QuickBooks timesheets into QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I appreciate your workaround, AKOz. I’d like to share some additional steps that could help make this process smoother for you.

 

Before we proceed, let's add one hour to the affected customer's project. Once you've completed this, navigate to your QuickBooks Time and locate the Import button. Next, go to the Feature Add-ons and unassign all conflicting service items, assigning them to the correct ones instead. After that, remove the number one from the hours displayed in your QuickBooks Online (QBO), and then sync it again.

Here's how to contact our support:

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?).
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue.
  5. You may choose Callback, Appointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us.
  6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number.
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback, Schedule an appointment, or Chat.
