Before we proceed, let's add one hour to the affected customer's project. Once you've completed this, navigate to your QuickBooks Time and locate the Import button. Next, go to the Feature Add-ons and unassign all conflicting service items, assigning them to the correct ones instead. After that, remove the number one from the hours displayed in your QuickBooks Online (QBO), and then sync it again.
