Checking see if there was a resolution to this problem.  Almost a year and half later I am running into a similar problem.  Importing QBs timesheets to QBO and the "Service" transfers correctly for some employees but not for others.  Very confusing and frustrating as it means I then need to edit each timesheet to properly track hours and cost for projects.  Each employee has a specific service(labor category) to use when entering time.  Not "Service".
