Thank you for providing a screenshot of your concern, Redlake. To edit this, you must create a scheduled report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me help you accomplish this process.

Before changing the date, ensure you first create a scheduled report, as you cannot edit the date without one. Afterwards, you can access View All Schedules to make necessary edits.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports menu, then click the Custom Reports tab.
  2. Locate the report you want to schedule.
  3. From the Action column, click the dropdown, then select Create a Schedule.
  4. Fill out the required fields and ensure you enter the email address to which you'd like the report sent.
  5. Once done, click Save and turn on.

However, if you already created a schedule but can't see the View All Schedule, please refresh your browser to view the changes you've made. If issues persist, you can utilize the other supported web browsers to help identify if this is related to your current browser.

You can also learn about setting up customized accounts receivable reports with scheduled email in QBO. This helps you save time and stay organized.

If you require assistance managing your transactions and reports, please visit our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted website. Our experts can guide you step by step to ensure your financial records are accurate.

Please let me know if you need further assistance regarding scheduled reports, Redlake. I'll be around to lend a hand.
