Hello there, nestor. I'm here to guide you in troubleshooting the system to fix the data reflected.

We haven’t received any reports from other users facing the same problem.

Before we begin, ensure to save a backup of your company file to have a save point if you run into problems. Let's now verify and rebuild your data. The verify tool finds the most common issues in a company file and the rebuild tool fixes them.

Here's how to verify your company data:

  1. Go to Window and select Close All.
  2. Navigate to File and choose Utilities.
  3. Select Verify Data. Depending on the results:
    • If QuickBooks detects no problems, your data is clean, and no further action is needed.
    • If an error message appears, please search for that error on our QuickBooks Desktop support site for guidance on how to resolve it.
    • If your data has lost integrity, it indicates data damage. You will need to rebuild your data to fix it.

Here's how to rebuild your data:

  1. Go to File, then Utilities, and select Rebuild Data.
  2. QuickBooks will prompt you to create a backup before rebuilding your company file. Click OK.
  3. Choose where you want to save your backup, then click OK. Avoid replacing any existing backup files by providing a new name in the File name field.
  4. Once the rebuild process is complete, select OK.
  5. To check for any additional damage, go to File, select Utilities, and then choose Verify Data once more.

Please refer to this article for more details: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

If the issue persists, consider using the QuickBooks Tool Hub, which can help fix common QuickBooks Desktop problems.

Additionally, you can create and send customer statements to show them summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.

The Community is available 24/7 to help you with your QuickBooks-related concerns, nestor. Have a great day ahead.
