Quickbooks- "We Want To Frustrate You By Denying You Simple Functions" 

It's just laziness. QB has the market and so they don't have a reason to innovate unless it is to add yet another additional charge. Looking through this forum the administrators keep recommending leaving feedback. Obviously that is ignored by the mythical "engineers" or the feedback function simply doesn't work. It's funny because QB is constantly asking if you like and recommend their software (to which I always say no). Then when plenty of people want a simple function added they completely ignore these forums that are a wealth of information as to what the customer base wants from them. No QB, we do not like your software. Yes QB we use it because there isn't another software in place to take your business. Yes QB most of us would leave for another option. It's a poorly managed business and the CEO should be ashamed. Of course, the CEO will ignore this valuable forum of information and so they will never change. Is there anyone in Silicone Valley that can do better? Anyone PLEASE?
