Currently, the workaround solution suggested by my colleague is an effective method to exclude Product/Services (P/S) from your invoice. Additionally, I can provide you another alternative solution to remove the P/S from your invoice prior to printing or sending it.
 

Here's the alternative method:

1. In Sales tab go to Invoices.
2. Select the invoice that you were going to print.
3. Hit the edit.
   
    
4. Click the Manage.
   
    
5. In the Customization drop-down, turn-off the Product/service.
   
    
6. Click Save and close.
