Thank you for your reply. Yes, I was aware of the process to manually reconcile transactions in the register. However, I don’t think this is the problem in my client’s books because the reconciliation status of the affected transactions has not changed. For verification, I picked a random transaction on the Reconciliation Discrepancy Report. I then went to the checking account register and found that exact transaction. It is already reconciled.

 

I think there must be a different issue at hand.
