For now, verify that your internet connection is stable. Log out of your account, close the browser, and then sign back in.

 

If the issue continues, open your account in an incognito window to rule out any webpage-related problems. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to use:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, switch back to your regular browser and clear your cache to refresh it. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers installed on your system.
