I have determined that entering an email in the Project Details screen will populate in an invoice; however, if you delete the email in the Project Details screen AFTER ENTERING AND SAVING AN INVOICE, QB doesn't recognize that it has been deleted and still populates the invoice with the deleted email address. I set up a new test client and a new test project both under the new test client and a test project under an established client. QB does NOT recognize that the email address has been deleted email in the Project Details screen! Iβve tested this in both old and new clients and old projects and new projects. The developer is still having me try different things while he is looking at my screen!
