Currently, QuickBooks Online does not have the feature you're looking for. However, I recommend that you submit your feedback to our Product Development Team. We prioritize customer feedback when planning future updates for QuickBooks.

Follow the steps given below:

1. Go to the Gear icon. Located at the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Select Feedback.

3. Let us know your suggestions or thoughts.

4. Click Next to send your input.
