Filtering the Summary only in the Transaction Detail and Check Detail reports is unavailable. As an alternative, we can export the report to an Excel file. From there, you sort out all negative transactions within the report.
Here's how to access and export the report.
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Type in Transaction Detail/Check Detail report in the Search bar.
- Set the Report period, and the desired Columns and Filter sections.
- Click Export/Print, then choose Export to Excel.
