How is another service provider free?  What has your experience been since transitioning?  I am trying to figure out how to add the credit card fee automatically if the client chooses to pay by credit card and since QBO still hasn't added this feature I am considering using a 3rd party platform to utilize this.  I just don't want to take on additional fees.
