If you want to change the domain of your email address (for example, switching from yourname@oldcompany.com to yourname@newcompany.com), unfortunately, you cannot modify the existing email address directly. Email addresses are tied to specific domains, which means a new email address will need to be created.

 

If you need to send invoices from a different email address—such as one with a new domain—you must set up an email account with the desired domain (e.g., using Gmail for a new yourname@newcompany.com address). Once you have that setup, if you’re using Gmail, you can configure it to send invoices from this new address.

Moreover, if you’re referring to changing the default message that says "Your invoice is ready," this feature isn’t available at the moment. However, we value your feedback! You can share your suggestions with our Product Development Team. Here’s how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Share your feedback.
  4. Click Next to submit.
