I'll ensure you can release your funds from its on-hold status, Masiselectric. Allow me to share information regarding this matter, including how you can contact our support for assistance.

When you notice your funds are on hold, your transaction is under review to protect all parties involved. You'll receive an email containing specific steps to get it resolved. Ensure to follow the instructions carefully and provide all the necessary documents. This way, we can begin the review process, which will take two business days. For more information, refer to this article: Learn about funds on hold in QuickBooks Payments.

If you cannot locate the email within your Inbox, you can also check your spam/junk folder. However, I recommend contacting our payments support team if you haven't received one. They have all the resources to thoroughly assist you in releasing your funds.

Here's how:

  1. Click (?) Help and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us, then pick Ask about something else.
  3. Enter your concern in the designated box and hit Continue.
  4. Determine how you would like to connect with an expert: Start a chat or Have us call you.

Please also observe their support hours so you can get the assistance you need.

Moreover, consider scanning this resource to understand the deposit speed for customer payments depending on your product: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

If you have further questions about dealing with funds on hold in QuickBooks Online, tag me in your replies in this thread. I'm always here to help.
