Thank you for participating in this discussion, Howie9jaMan. Reviewing reports is crucial for gaining a clear understanding of your transactions. I'll certainly assist you in locating the transaction number field.

 

If you're looking for the transaction number, you can open a report like Transaction List by Vendor or Transaction List by Customer. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Reports in the navigation panel.
  2. Enter the specific report you want to view in the search field.
  3. Choose the report.

 

You can find the transaction number in the Num column.

If you can't find it, you must customize the report first, then edit the columns; make sure you tick the Num column.

However, if you're referring to the Transaction ID number (tnxid from the URL), just click the specific transaction in the report below the Transaction type column, and you'll be routed to the transaction details.
