Regarding the time format on invoices, the system automatically converts time entries to decimal format once they're added in the Quantity column. For now, changing this format is not an option within the program.
As a workaround, you can generate the invoice using QBO and save it as a PDF. Then, utilize Adobe Acrobat to modify the time entries, reverting them to a minutes-based format before emailing the invoice to your clients. This workaround should help you achieve the desired time presentation on your invoices.
