Not helpful... the dropping of the price happens when you change the description for any reason. Fix a typo? Forget to check? You're sending an invoice with a zero total on it. This is not a cache or browser issue. It's a fundamental flaw in QBO. Same thing with Purchase orders and Bills. FIX IT!
