Buy nowNot that another frustrated customer complaint will help fix the issue...but I have what I think is the same issue but showing up slightly different. I use progress invoicing and somehow when I send multiple invoices created from the original approved estimate (anything more than a deposit then final), the totals start not adding up to what they should be. I create an invoice from the estimate as work is completed, which seems to work fine. The issue is the "final" invoice when I select to invoice "remaining total of all lines" the amount is short by exactly 1% with no way to bill this last 1% without creating a totally unrelated invoice. This was first discovered on a larger invoice ($113k) so it is no small amount. I am now trying to send additional invoices to people who thought they paid the full amount already. Cumbersome and embarrassing.
Is this really just a bug? I too have tried different browsers and updates and have a brand new high end Lenovo computer.
