Since it shows properly on screen when you download it and print it, you can consider logging out and into your QuickBooks. I'd suggest doing some trouble shooting steps. Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to load incorrectly, preventing your invoice total not showing.

 

Here are the key shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you can successfully log in using a private browser, go to your regular browser and clear its cache.
