It's concerning when the issue has persisted for an extended period of time, @Dolce2, @TC70, and @emh59. Rest assured, an appropriate team will assist you in resolving the 4500 customer limitation when generating statements in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

To address the urgency of this matter, it's best to reach out to our customer support team. They can analyze the behavior of the program to identify any underlying issues that causes the error message. If necessary, the can also initiate an investigation to ensure a thorough resolution. To do that:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and hit Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Furthermore, you can never miss a transaction again by memorizing it in QBDT. This way, the program will automatically create one to help you skip manual entry.
