Currently, this option isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Thysanopter.
You're correct that you can only drag and drop specific line items to change their order, but you can't insert them into a bundled line item.
For now, I suggest submitting a feature request to our product development team. Rest assured that they will review it and may consider this option for future updates, depending on the number of users' requests. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
