I totally understand your frustrations. I faced the same challenges. I still think you should continue to use QuickBooks Online. It has many advantages. To solve for the this lack of sales order, I am recommending the below:
- Simply integrate your QBO with the Logistify AI Assistant. It's like ChatGPT. It automates entry of sales orders and then syncs with QBO inventory to avoid over-selling.
- Then you can generate Sales Invoices against the sales orders and again sync with QBO.
