I appreciate you for taking the time to share your concerns here in the Community, Grimayoj. Let me clarify things for you.

With the Spreadsheet Sync feature for Google Sheets, you can now securely transfer data between QuickBooks Online Advanced and Google Sheets. This functionality was previously only available with Microsoft Excel, but now it allows you to create pivot charts, graphs, and collaborate seamlessly with clients using Google Sheets.

Here's how to do this:

  1. Go to Reports on the left navigation panel.
  2. Pick a report.
  3. Click the Export icon and select Export to Google Sheets.
  4. Follow the prompts to authorize QuickBooks to access your Google Sheets account.

Once you’ve exported the report, you should see an option to enable automatic synchronization. Make sure to turn on the automatic sync feature so that any changes made in QuickBooks Online are reflected in your connected Google Sheet.
