You said "Please note Spreadsheet Sync is compatible with the Office 365 version of Excel and Google Sheets."

You are from Quickbooks and that statement appears to be 50% inaccurate.  Why would you tell someone that as method of providing support?

Does Spreadsheet Sync support Google Sheets or not?
