We appreciate you reaching out with your concern, Hawkeye. Let's work together to include all your draw accounts on your reports in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro.

Let's adjust your memorized reports to reflect what is on your individual draw accounts. Doing so will minimize the risk of missing vital details and ensure accurate records. I'd be happy to guide you through the steps below.

  1. Open your company file and navigate to Memorized Reports.
  2. Click the Customize Report button.
  3. Navigate to the Filters option.
  4. Choose Multiple accounts under the Account dropdown arrow.
  5. Under the Select Account tab, click on the account you want to add (#2. Personal auto repairs and #3. occasional company credit card purchases).
  6. Hit OK when done.

In addition, I've added, a screenshot below for your visual reference.

Moreover, you can generate and customize reports to access the most relevant information you need. These steps will help you assess your data and understand your business status.

I'm also adding this article to help you review the complete list of workflows and other vendor-related transactions: Accounts Payable workflows in QuickBooks Desktop

Including all partner draw accounts provides a clearer picture of the overall financial position of your business. Don't hesitate to ask if you need further support with reports in QBDT Pro. The Community is always available 24/7. Be safe!
