I know that having the ability to personalize the PDF file names of your invoices would be valuable for you and other businesses. However, this feature is not currently available in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). While this option isn't available yet, I suggest providing feedback to our Product Engineers. This will allow them to review your suggestions and potentially incorporate them into our future product updates.

To submit feedback, you can access the Help menu on your QBDT account and select Send Feedback Online.
