We are getting the prompt password when we click save. The date of reversal was the last day following the closed month. Some of JE's I was reversing were 1-2 months prior to the open month, hence their suggestion of "opening the month" is not the solution. Someone from our group might accidentally post transactions that could mess closed periods.
