Buy nowI work for a large company with a team of four accountants. Every month, we record JE accruals, some of which do not reverse for a couple of months. Recently, we have been unable to reverse JEs without entering a password, even if the reversal relates to an open period. I have contacted QBO support through chat and email, but I have not found a solution yet.
I have admin privileges on the account, so I can enter the password and reverse the JEs. However, this process will not be feasible due to the number of JE reversals we perform monthly. I have been using QBO with this company for over four years, and our process hasn't changed. It seems like a glitch with QBO. Has anyone else run into this situation or have any suggestions?
