Hi there, @PritchardConstructionCompany.

Allow me to chime in and help provide additional information about importing estimate template in QuickBooks Online.

The option to import an estimate template is already available. As long as you have turned on the Import Style in the QuickBooks Labs, you should now be able to see the estimate option when selecting a form type in the Import form style page.

Let me walk you through the process:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account and go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Select QuickBooks Labs under Your Company.
  3. Make sure that the Import Style is turned on in the QuickBooks Labs, then click Done.
  4. Now go back to the Gear Icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow for New style and select Import Style.
  6. On the Select a form type field, you can now select the Estimate template.

That should do it. You can now continue to upload your file for the estimate.

If you need other references in the future, please feel free to access our site: Help articles for QuickBooks Online.

I'm always here to help if you need anything else or if you have other questions about importing an estimate template. Have a great weekend. :)
