While adjusting column widths isn't an option because of how the interface is set up, QuickBooks Online uses default templates to maintain consistency across all estimates for a professional look.

- Click the Gear Icon.
- Under Profile, click on Feedback.
- Enter your Suggestions.
- Then click Submit.
