I can only imagine the frustration you're experiencing with the old layout in QuickBooks Online and the difficulty in reverting to the new layout despite reaching out to our Support Team. Having to put in time and effort to solve the problem only to have it come back must be discouraging.

 

Since the persists, it is best to contact our Support Team again so that you can continue to provide details about the ongoing issue. This will also allow our technical team to conduct additional investigations and, if necessary, create new open tickets.

 

To reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?).
  3. Select the Search tab, then Contact Us.
  4. Enter a description of your concern, then hit Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect:
  • Start a chat with live support.
  • Get a callback from the next available support.

 

Make sure to confirm their availability by checking the Support hours as well.
