It's good to see you here in the Community space, @Zayne123. I can help you enable the carbon copy (Cc) option so you can receive a copy of yourself when sending sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Checking if estimates and invoices are being sent is done manually in QBO, as we need to go through each. However, we can bypass this process by allowing the program to send you a Cc:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Account and Settings.

  4. Select the Sales tab.
  5. In the Messages section, enter your email address in the Cc section.

  6. You can also put a checkmark on the box to email yourself a copy.

  7. In the Sales Form dropdown, select Invoices and other sales forms.

  8. Once done, click Save and Done.

 

Please note that the changes will apply to the future sales forms you create.
