I'd be happy to provide some details about how you can view your customers' printed invoices, Laura.

To begin with, you'll have to manually open your invoices one at a time to see their Audit History and check if the invoice has already been printed.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the Invoices tab.
  2. Open a specific invoice transaction by clicking the Edit button.
  3. Scroll down and select the More Actions in the lower part of the invoice.
  4. Choose Audit History to see the transaction or invoice history.
  5. Then, check the Printed option to see if the invoice was printed.

Another way to check the printed status of customer invoices is by running the Invoice List report. You'll just have to add the Sales Printed column to the report to view the print status.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the left navigation panel and select Reports.
  2. Type Invoice List in the search bar or find the report by name.
  3. Select Switch to Classic View and click Customize.
  4. Filter the report period and select the Change Columns in the Rows/Columns section.
  5. Scroll down and find the Sales Printed option, then checkmark it.
  6. After customizing your report, click Run Report

In addition, you can visit these articles for further instructions on how to include additional details or personalize sales transactions:
