When viewing the invoice the upper right corner displays the options to view, print, save the invoice. These options are met with the message "Invoice unavailable". I have downloaded and run the QB Tool Hub and restarted everything 4 separate times to no avail. I also cannot print to PDF through the QuickBooks options to save it as a PDF. I was able to save it as a PDF through the windows print options. This is all new after shelling out $650 to update from desktop pro 2021 to the 2024 version with the QB message that they were discontinuing the merchant services connection with the 2021 version.
