We see the importance of having the option to hide the product and services column on your sent invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to share a workaround you can follow.

In order to prevent your customers from seeing the product and services on their sent invoices, you will need to create a custom template that excludes these columns. Then, when sending an invoice, make sure to select this custom template instead of the default one to ensure that the product and services are not visible to the customer.

Here's how to create a custom template:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Click the New style dropdown and choose Invoice.
3. Name it No Product and Services column.
4. Select the Content tab and click the Body section on the right part of the page.
5. Under COLUMNS, untick Product/Service.
6. Make the necessary modifications and click Done.

Here's how to choose the template before sending the invoice.

1. Go to +New and select Invoices.
2. Fill in your invoice information.
3. Click Manage and select Design.
4. Choose the No Product and Service Column template in the Other templates section.

Additionally, after your customer pays their invoices, you can then record their payment in QBO.
