Thanks for posting here in the Community space, abouttodumpintu. We understand the importance of sorting invoices by date in your QuickBooks Self-employed (QBSE) mobile app and are here to help you stay organized.

 

Beforehand, have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague ShiellaGraceA about resetting the app to refresh your data? These steps should be able to fix issues with sorting dates and other concerns while using the app.

 

However, if you’ve already tried those steps and the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QBSE Support Team again. I understand that you’ve already contacted them, but please be aware that we, in the Community, do not have access to your account due to security reasons.

 

They can investigate the issue in detail and provide comprehensive troubleshooting steps. They can also initiate an investigation ticket if needed.

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to Help and click Contact Us.
  2. If you’re using the mobile app, Tap the + button and hit Ask QB Assistant.
  3. Enter "talk to a human" then Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect: Have us call you or Chat with us.
