How do I add a mark up to an item so that my customer does not see the mark up?

I buy my custom designed products from vendors and then resale items at different mark ups and prices for each project. I want to be able to send my vendor a PO copied from estimate for the wholesale amount and show my customer the estimate for the marked up amount without them seeing the mark up. This is basic and has to be doable with QB online doesn't it?
