Just another crazy example of how Quickbooks doesn't listen. Where, how, and in what universe does this response have ANYTHING to do with my comment? Late fees? 

This is the second time some Quickbooks "team member" has suggested I get a consultant or an accountant. So insulting when this is what I'm paid for. Pretty clear in my comment. I'm done with them.
