I appreciate what you've done so far to resolve this issue, @elkinsdoyle. Let me share some insights about the feature limitation on the Project details in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's currently not possible to copy and paste customer information or enter multiple email addresses with commas in the Project details in QuickBooks Online. While this feature isn't available yet, we value your input to shape future updates. Please provide direct feedback to our product engineers.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestions.
- Then hit Submit.
