Since the amount won't generate when you send the details of your invoices, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team for further assistance. They have the necessary tools to review your account and provide information about the cause of the issue and potential solutions.

Here's how you can reach them:

1. Go to the Help menu, then select the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Choose a topic, then enter a brief description of your concern and hit Continue.
4. Pick either Chat with us or Have us call you and start connecting with them.
   
   

Moreover, as Intuit Assist is still learning, it may not always provide the correct answer or reflect Intuit's perspectives. Thus, you may consider sending feedback to our Product Development team.
