I'll share information about the updates with this feature on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I recognize how beneficial it is for your business, but please know that we're unable to provide a specific time frame for this to be implemented into our program. Thus, this still depends on the number of requests this gets.
In the meantime, you'll want to consider looking for a third-party application that can help you add variables to your invoices. I'll show you how to find one:
- Go to your Apps menu.
- Enter a keyword on the Search field, then select the app.
- Click the Overview, Pricing, Reviews, and FAQs to view the information.
If you haven't yet sent this suggestion for this request, here are the steps to do so:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Enter your feedback Suggestion.
- Press Next.
