Yes, @22222. We appreciate your patience as we're still currently looking for a permanent solution.

 

Upon checking our system, the investigation about Estimate/Invoice not using the custom form style selected upon sending (new experience) is still ongoing. Please know that our product engineers are working diligently to fix this so you can get back to business. 

 

If you haven't, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team to add you to the list of affected users and be informed promptly once the issue is resolved. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
