Since you continue to experience issues with the printing batch in QBDT, I recommend contacting our support team. They have the tools to investigate further the problem.

 

  1. Open your QBDT and click the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. In the pop-up screen, choose Contact Us.
  4. Click the Search for Something Else button and type your concern in the Ask Us Anything box.
  5. Hit on Search,  then scroll down to get your contact options.
