I have followed the instructions to correct the problem with not being able to see the preview on my quickbooks app. Another problem I am having is once I saved the invoice  or emailed the invoice I have to go find the invoice again to print it.  I can see the invoice number if i pretend to email it but of course I forget that step. Also many times I need screen shots of my invoice and now I am unable to do that without driving home and printing it.  I have updated my template but the app says that I cannot view till I updated my template. any help is appreciated.
