It's nice to welcome you back in the thread, Suzanne. I'll guide you through the process of applying the Standard version to all your invoices.

After following the steps given by my colleague in creating a template, you mentioned that none of it affects the "modern" invoice. To fix this, you'll need to ensure that the new design you created is marked as default for it to be applied. Please refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Find the design you made and click the Dropdown Arrow beside it.
  3. Tap Make Default.

Regarding the Standard version, this is the default form style in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you haven't created other templates, this will automatically apply to all your sales forms. However, you also have the option to customize this.

If you set other templates as default, you can remove them as default so that the Standard version will be applied to all your invoices. This eliminates the need to do this for every invoice you create. Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Custom Form Styles.

  2. Locate the template set as (default) and click the Dropdown Arrow beside the Edit button.
  3. Hit Remove As Default.
