I’ve tried to change it like you suggested, in preview everything is perfect but as soon as I save my change and go back to my invoices it returns automatically to the default phone number. The thing is the phone number format on my invoice was in the correct format since I got QuickBooks online 4 years ago, but when in change my address today it automatically changed my phone number for some reason. I’m getting more and more frustrated with this system, it’s like every update they find a new way to complicate our lives. The subscription is getting more expensive every years but the quality is getting down also.
